It is a professional VCSEL (vertical cavity surface emitting laser) manufacturer and supplier with an independent park of 3,600,00 Sq.ft and a 32,291 sq.ft Class 1000 clean workshop to support 2/3/4 inch mixed line production. It includes German SUSS high-precision stepper lithography system, Japanese Nikon stepper lithography machine, Japanese Koyo wet oxidation furnace, British Oxford low-damage ICP etching equipment, British SPTS PECVD equipment, American CHA electron beam evaporation coating machine and American KLA wafer-level probe test system.

What are DE-RAY main products?
We specialize in the production of VCSEL Laser Chip and SMD from 660nm to 1064nm, with multi-dimensional wavelength coverage: visible light series: 660nm/665nm/670nm/680nm, infrared series: 808nm/850nm/905nm/940nm/1064nm.
What chip and technology route does DE-RAY's VCSEL use?
The chip used by DE-RAY is 100% self-developed, and DE-RAY completes all the processes from epitaxial growth → photolithography → etching → testing → packaging. The technical route is GaAs-based VCSEL, and the InP material process is being expanded.
